Hutchlee Technologies is proud to announce that the Highlands County Clerk of Circuit Court has selected Equity Bridge Pro to help modernize its Value Adjustment Board (VAB) process.

Highlands County currently manages much of its VAB process manually, and the adoption of Equity Bridge Pro represents an important step forward in creating a more streamlined, accessible, and efficient experience for petitioners, Clerk staff, Property Appraiser teams, Special Magistrates, and other stakeholders involved throughout the VAB lifecycle.

By moving from a manual process to a modern digital platform, Highlands County will be better positioned to improve operational efficiency, enhance transparency, and provide a more consistent user experience throughout the petition process.
